Pricing & Deposits

Heaven On Earth Cleaning LLC provides services based on the scope of work requested. Pricing may be based on labor time, minimum service charges, or service-specific pricing.

Minimum service charges may apply depending on the service selected. Additional labor time, services, or specialty cleaning requests may increase the final cost of service.

A deposit is collected at the time of booking and applied toward the final invoice.

The deposit is not the final cost of service. Final pricing is based on the actual services performed and labor required to complete the requested work.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment with at least 48 hours notice.

Payment Authorization

By signing this agreement, you authorize Heaven On Earth Cleaning LLC to charge approved deposits and unpaid balances related to services requested under this agreement.

You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file prior to service. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in cancellation or delay of service.

Any remaining balance is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking and invoicing.

Credit card payments are subject to a 3% Credit Card Processing Fee. Customers may avoid this fee by paying via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Customers choosing an alternative payment method are responsible for deducting the 3% Credit Card Processing Fee from the invoice total and including their invoice number with their payment to ensure proper credit to their account.

Late Payment Policy

Invoices are due upon receipt. As a courtesy, customers are provided a 72-hour grace period to submit payment before a late fee is assessed.

A $35 late fee may be charged to the payment method on file for invoices that remain unpaid after the 72-hour grace period.

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. If a payment method is declined, expires, or otherwise fails, the customer remains responsible for all outstanding balances, late fees, collection costs, legal fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred in collecting the debt.

Accounts that remain unpaid may be subject to collection efforts and may affect eligibility for future services.

If an account remains unpaid after reasonable collection efforts have been made, Heaven On Earth Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refer the account to a third-party collection agency or pursue other remedies permitted by law.

The customer agrees to remain responsible for the full outstanding balance, including any applicable late fees, collection agency fees, court costs, reasonable attorney's fees where permitted by law, and any other reasonable costs incurred in collecting the debt.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when at least 48 hours notice is provided.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment when at least 48 hours notice is provided.

If access to the property is unavailable upon arrival, or if service cannot be performed due to circumstances beyond our control, applicable service charges, trip fees, or cancellation fees may apply.

Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may require additional deposits or prepayment before future services are scheduled.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If access to the property is unavailable upon arrival, the minimum service charge for the scheduled appointment will be charged.

Residential and office cleaning services are hourly. If the requested cleaning requires more time than the minimum scheduled service, additional labor time will be billed accordingly.

Move-out cleaning results and required labor time may vary depending on the property's condition, buildup, and requested scope of work.

Laundry services are charged by load, not by bag. Loads may be separated based on color, fabric type, care requirements, or load size. As a result, a single bag may contain more than one billable load.

Customers who prefer all items to be washed together may request this service. However, Heaven On Earth Cleaning LLC is not responsible for color transfer, fabric damage, shrinkage, or other issues that may result from washing mixed items together at the customer's request.

For quality assurance, service verification, training, documentation, and marketing purposes, job-related photos may be taken during or after service.

By signing this agreement, you consent to communication regarding your appointment by phone, text message, and email.

Service Expectations & Satisfaction Policy

We strive to provide excellent service and ask that any service-related concerns be reported within 24 hours of service completion so we have the opportunity to review and address them.

Requests received after 24 hours may be limited due to changes in property conditions, occupancy, weather, additional use of the property, or other factors beyond our control.

Exterior windows are not included in any standard cleaning, deep cleaning, or move-out cleaning service and are not offered by Heaven On Earth Cleaning LLC.

Interior windows may be included with move-out cleaning services and may be available upon request for other cleaning services.
